Leadership & management development programme

 

We have drawn from the very best of our decades-long experience, professional education and persoanl insights in senior management, business psychology, executive coaching, business consulting and mediation to produce a fully integrated and sequenced suite of 8 leadership and management training modules.

 

Unusually, the programme is crafted around a holistic, realistic and robust emphasis on human factors for success which gives it real power (remember, it's your people who deliver your results).  It goes beyond theory - it's real.  It does not try to cover everything - just the aspects that really matter. It typically takes 2x full days or 4x half days - perfect for busy leaders, business owners and managment teams.

The logic behind our programme is, firstly, that no-one can satisfactorily lead or manage a team of people, or an organisation, unless they first have a reasonable understanding of the 'raw materials' they are trying to lead, both themselves and others - i.e. what energises them, what promotes wellbeing and what holds them back (first 4 modules).  Then, secondly, understanding the various leadership and management methods can bear real fruit, benefitting the bottom line in a healthy, holistic and sustainable way (last 4 modules).

Each of the 8 modules above (about 1.5 hours long each) can stand on its 'own feet' for short individual topic training, or can be 'packaged' together differently, or made longer or shorter in a way that fits in better with the training needs of your organisation.

Options to consider after training

 

After training, you may like your new learning to be reinforced and embedded in 'real life' with one-to-one support via executive coaching or mentoring.  Breakthrough learning outcomes have been achieved when training programmes are coupled with coaching - this is a very powerful way to create successful change.
 
Similarly, it may be that the way a team or organisation functions needs to be fine-tuned in light of the new learning - we can advise on and support that change process to help maximise its success.
 
Alternatively, you may prefer a facilitated 'round-table' discussion on any of the above topics (or related variants) to enable learning from each other, with us as an expert guide to keep things on track.
